Shipping Info
We ship all orders via US Postal Service and FedEx®. Most shipments leave our facility in Tampa, Florida within 1 business day of when your order is placed. A tracking number is provided for each shipment that is associated with your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason as well as change carriers based on product availability or customer location.
Domestic Shipping
- FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) on all domestic orders. "Domestic" refer to orders within the US.
- Expedited (2nd Day Air) is calculated based on weight
International Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated based on real-time carrier rates. Please note, that delays for your local customs clearance may occur and are not included in the stated transit times.
Import Tax (Duties and Customs): Some countries charge import fees on merchandise arriving from the United States based on the customs forms provided at shipping. Please note that we cannot adjust these forms or mail packages as gifts. Customers are responsible for all import fees. We estimate import fees identified as "Taxes" and charge this amount at checkout. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for information regarding import fees before you complete your purchase. In the instance that additional import fees are due upon receipt, the customer is responsible. If packages are refused for failure to pay additional import fees, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the items less all shipping and any additional fees associated with returning the package to us.
Order Information
Items can be removed from your cart at any time before clicking on the “Submit Order” button on the order confirmation page. Once you have hit the “Submit Order” button your order has gone through and begins processing. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away. Unfortunately, orders that have been processed by our warehouse cannot be changed or canceled. When you receive your order, you may return it to us by using our returns procedure.
Address Accuracy
Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered at checkout. Make sure to double-check your shipping address on the order form before completing your purchase. If shipping to a business, please specify the company name as part of the address.
We reserve the right to impose a forwarding fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Please note if a forwarding fee does occur, we will email you a notification of the fee, the reason for the charge, and the date of the charge. Likewise, if your address is incorrect and we ship your package via USPS, it may simply be returned to us.
